Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Heavy cream
Beaufort cheese

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, add the cream, shredded cheese (leave a little to the side to add at the end), salt & pepper to a large pot. Cook on medium heat until the cheese is melted.

Step 3

Add 1 tablespoon (per portion) of the pasta water to the cream, mix and continue to cook on low heat until the pasta is cooked.

Beaufort cheese

Step 4

Drain the pasta and add it to the pot with the cream and cheese.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 5

Shred the ham with your fingers or chop it into small pieces and serve it on top of the pasta. Add the remaining cheese, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
