Wash & trim the broccoli.

Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced ​​onions and fry them for 1 minute over medium heat.

Add the chicken. Add salt and pepper and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
