Baby potatoes (frozen)

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the frozen potatoes and fry for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chicken breast

Step 2

In the same pan, add the chicken. Add salt and pepper and brown them for 3 à 4 minutes on each side.

Crème fraîche
Dijon mustard

Step 3

Add the crème fraîche and mustard to the pan with the chicken. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken and potatoes with sauce.

Step 4

Serve the chicken and potatoes with some fresh herbs, if you have them. It's ready !
