Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan
Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken & season with salt & pepper. Cook, undisturbed for 4-5 min on each side.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a pot of salted, boiling water, add the broccoli florets & cook for 4-5 min. Remove the broccoli & set aside. Keep the pot of water to cook the noodles.
Step 4
In the same pot of boiling, salted water, add the pasta. Cook according to package directions. Once cooked through, drain & set aside.
Step 5
To the pan with the chicken, add a 50ml of water per portion, the mustard & honey. Stir together. Optional : add garlic powder & oregano, if you have some !
Step 6
Add the cream & stir. Cook on low heat, until the sauce has thickened. Season with pepper. Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 7
Serve the chicken with the pasta & broccoli. Top the dish with the creamy honey-mustard sauce. Enjoy !
