White mushrooms (whole)

Step 1

Wash then slice the mushrooms.

Garlic

Step 2

In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, then brown the mushrooms over high heat with the grated garlic for 5 minutes.

Curry powder
Heavy cream
Udon noodles
Parmesan

Step 3

Then add the curry powder and noodles with 1 tablespoon of water per person. Salt, pepper and mix. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Then add the cream and grated parmesan. Mix, then continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

Egg

Step 4

Meanwhile, in another pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the fried egg for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on your preference. Add salt and pepper.

Step 5

Serve the udon noodles on a plate with the fried egg on top. Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds. It's ready !
