Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain it at the end of cooking. Keep warm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash then cut the broccoli into tops.
Step 3
Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling salted water for 6 minutes then drain.
Step 4
At the same time, peel and slice the onions into thin strips.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the turkey for 3 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper. Reserve.
Step 6
In the same pan, add the onions and curry. Brown them for about 4 minutes.
Step 7
Add the coconut milk and salt. Add the turkey, then cook everything covered for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
On a plate, add the rice, broccoli and turkey curry. Re-season to taste. It's ready !
