Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan
Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package directions. At the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water, then drain the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash then cut the zucchini into half-moons.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini and brown for 7 to 8 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
At the same time, in a second hot pan, add the prosciutto slices. Grill them until they are crispy. Reserve.
Step 5
Add the drained corn to the pan with the zucchini. Mix and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Reduce the heat, then add the grated garlic, cream, reserved cooking water and dried basil. Mix well and cook for 1 additional minute.
Step 7
Then add the pasta and mix it with the sauce and vegetables.
Step 8
Serve the pasta on a plate with the crispy ham cut into pieces. Re-season to taste and add a few basil leaves, if you have them. Enjoy!
