Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Season with salt, pepper and grated garlic. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes, until the chicken is lightly browned.

At the same time, in a second frying pan, melt a knob of butter over high heat. Add the gnocchi and brown them for 2 minutes, stirring. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat, until they are golden brown.
Step 4
Add the liquid cream and grated parmesan to the pan with the chicken. Mix until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Step 5
Once golden brown and crispy, add the gnocchi to the pan with the chicken and mix.
Step 6
Then add the spinach leaves. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Cover and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
Step 7
Serve the creamy gnocchi pan in a deep plate or bowl. Add pepper and a few parsley leaves, if you have any. It's ready!
