Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt & pepper.
Step 2
In a frying pan or skillet on medium heat, add a dab of butter or olive oil. Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan.
Step 3
Stir the eggs, so they cook evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
When the eggs are cooked but still moist in the middle, add the cheese* and fold the omelette in half.* *Check out our tips for this step
Step 5
Serve with a side salad with dressing of your choice. Add salt & pepper and enjoy! Optional: top with fresh herbs.
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding ham, mushrooms & swapping out the cream cheese for some boursin or feta cheese!
