Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt & pepper.

In a frying pan or skillet on medium heat, add a dab of butter or olive oil. Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan.

Stir the eggs, so they cook evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
