Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Step 1

In a large pan on medium heat, add the crushed tomatoes and grate the garlic directly into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Mint (fresh)
Cooked shrimp
Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)

Step 2

Add the mint, shrimp, salt & pepper. Add some chili powder for extra heat!

Step 3

Mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Couscous

In the meantime, prepare the couscous: In a bowl, add the dry couscous, salt & pepper, and add just enough boiling water to cover the couscous.

Step 5

Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.

Mint (fresh)

Step 6

Serve the couscous with the shrimp, add crumbled feta and fresh mint. Enjoy!
