Couscous

Step 1

Prepare the couscous. In a bowl, combine : the couscous, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Pour over the same quantities of boiling water to couscous. Cover & leave to re-hydrate for 5 min. Fluff the couscous with a fork.

Salmon (raw, sushi-grade)

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the salmon in cubes.

Radish

Step 3

Wash & slice the radishes into thin rounds.

Lemon

Step 4

Serve the couscous with the salmon & radishes*. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix well & enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
