Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.

Zucchini

Step 2

Wash and cut the zucchini in half-moon slices.

Cherry tomatoes

Raw shrimp (frozen)

Step 3

In a baking dish, add the zucchini, tomatoes, broccoli* and shrimp. *Check out our tips for this step

Parsley (fresh)

Step 4

Add grated garlic and chopped parsley on top of the shrimp and veggies. Drizzle with olive oil and mix together.

Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
