Step 1

In a mixing bowl; add the cilantro, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a tsp of olive oil per person, and a tbsp of water. Mix and set to one side.

Cod (fresh)

Step 2

Add some olive oil to a hot pan and cook the cod for 2 minutes on each side.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 3

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in halves or quarters. Add to the plates and top with tomatoes, lemon slices, season. Serve the fish with the sauce.

Step 4

Placez les tomates dans les assiettes, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, des tranches de citron, salez, poivrez. Servez le poisson avec la sauce. C'est prêt !
