Step 1

If needed, defrost your cod. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a frying pan, add the bacon slices and cod.

Step 3

Remove both once they're golden.

Step 4

Cook the cod for 4 mintues on each side. Add a splash of olive oil if necessary.

Lemon

Step 5

Season the peas with salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and mix.

Step 6

Serve with the cod and bacon.

Grate the lemon zest on top, season and add a bit more olive oil.
