Fingerling potatoes

Step 1

If needed, defrost your cod. In a pan of boiling salted water, cook the potatoes for 15 minutes.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash then cut the broccoli into tops.

Parsley (fresh)
Crème fraîche
Lemon

Step 3

Prepare the herb sauce. Wash then chop the parsley. In a bowl, add: cream, chopped parsley, lemon zest & juice. Salt, pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil, then mix.

Step 4

After 15 minutes of cooking the potatoes, add the broccoli to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Cod (fresh)

Step 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and add the cod fillet. Add salt and pepper and fry for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 6

Once the vegetables are cooked, drain them.

Step 7

On a plate, add: the vegetables and the cod fillet. Sprinkle everything with herb sauce. Add a few parsley leaves and a lemon wedge, if you have any left. It's ready !
