Green beans (fresh)

Step 1

If needed, remove the green bean stems. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the green beans 7-8 min. Once cooked through, drain them.

Almonds (sliced)

Step 2

Meanwhile, toast the slivered almonds in a dry hot pan for a couple of minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside.

Cod (fresh)
Herbes de Provence
Lemon

Step 3

In the same pan, melt a dab of butter. Add the cod. Season with salt, pepper & herbes de Provence. Cook undisturbed for 2 min on each side, until lightly golden. Add a drizzle of lemon juice.

Step 4

Serve the cod with the green beans. Top with the toasted almonds & serve with a side of rice & lemon slices. Enjoy !
