Step 1
Defrost the cod. Cut it into cubes, removing the skin, if necessary.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the cod, juice of the lime, and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Optional: Add a pinch of ground chile powder or red chile flakes, if you like spicy dishes!
Step 3
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Step 4
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Step 5
Serve the ceviche with the tomatoes, onion, and some fresh cilantro leaves. That's it!
