Carrots (fresh)

Step 1

Peel & dice the carrots.

Zucchini

Step 2

Wash & dice the zucchini.

Garlic
Curry powder

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over low heat. Add the grated garlic & curry powder. Cook for 30 sec, stirring.

Step 4

Add the carrots & zucchini. Cook for 7-8 min.

Cod (fresh)

Step 5

Meanwhile, in a second pan, melt a dab of butter, over medium heat. Cook the cod for 2 min on each side. Season with salt & pepper.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 6

Serve the cod with the stir-fried veggies. Top with cilantro, if you have some. Enjoy !
