Step 1
If needed, defrost your cod.
Step 2
Pour 500 g water into the mixing bowl. Wash then cut the broccoli and cauliflower and place them in the cooking basket.
Step 3
Insert the Varoma tray and put the cod on it. Season with salt and a dash of olive oil. Then cook for 20 min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Step 4
Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing: vinegar, lemon juice, finely chopped shallots and 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person, salt, pepper.
Step 5
Serve the cod with the vegetables, spoon the sauce on top, season with salt, pepper, add the zest of the lemon on top (optional: some fresh herbs if you have any, parsley or cilantro for example). Serve and enjoy!
