Cod (fresh)

Step 1

If needed, defrost your cod. Melt a dab of butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Season the cod with salt & pepper and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Creamed spinach (frozen)

Step 2

In the meantime, heat the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the package. (7-8 minutes in a pan or in the microwave)

Step 3

Serve the spinach with the cod. Enjoy!
