Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan
Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain it at the end of cooking.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, then cut them thinly into wedges.
Step 3
Cook them in a pan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain at the end of cooking.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the tofu into small cubes.
Step 5
In a deep plate, add the flour and coat the tofu in it.
Step 6
Heat a pan with neutral oil. Add the diced tofu and grill them for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
At the same time, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix: coconut cream, curry paste and grated garlic.
Step 8
Once the tofu is nicely toasted, add the sauce to the pan with the carrots. If necessary, add a splash of water to dilute the sauce. Mix well and let everything simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
Step 9
Serve the tofu and carrots with the rice and a little sauce, if you have any left. Season with pepper and add a few coriander leaves, if you have any. It's ready !
