Step 1

Fill the Digicook bowl with a cup of water. Place the peas in the basket and put the basket into the Digicook. Cook the peas on the steam setting for 20 minutes.

Coconut cream

Step 2

During this time, cut the cod into strips and place them in a bowl with half of the coconut cream for a few minutes.

Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)

Step 3

Roll the cod strips in the grated coconut until they are completely covered.

Peas (frozen)

Step 4

Once the peas are done, remove the cooking basket and place the peas in the Digicook bowl.

Step 5

In a frying pan, add a pat of butter and fry the cod for 5 minutes, 2.5 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Plate your mashed peas with the cod pieces on top, like the photo. If you have a lemon at home, top with a bit of zest. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
