Step 1

In a pot of hot water, cook the peas for 8 minutes.

Cod (fresh)
Coconut cream

Step 2

Cut the cod into strips and place them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of the coconut cream for a few minutes.

Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)

Step 3

Roll the cod strips in the grated coconut until they are completely covered.

Peas (frozen)

Step 4

Once cooked, drain the peas.

Add the coconut cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix together until you get a purée.

Feel free to add some water if the texture is too thick.

In a frying pan, add a pat of butter and fry the cod for 5 minutes, 2.5 minutes on each side.
