Step 1
Peel the garlic and remove the germ. In a mixing bowl, add the cilantro (save a few leaves for garnishing), garlic, coconut cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Mix for 20 sec / speed 7 (until you obtain a smooth texture.)

Move this sauce into a small pot.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into cubes, then slide them onto the skewers. If you don't have any skewers, you can cook the chicken fillets whole or the cubes, the dish will be just as delicious ;)
Step 4
Remplir le bol Thermomix d'eau. Insérez le panier cuisson avec le riz, mélangez à l’aide de la spatule. Placez les brochettes sur le plateau Varoma. Faites cuire le tout 20 min / Varoma / vitesse 1.
Step 5
Serve the rice with the skewers, topping with the sauce, chopped cilantro and lime.
