Step 1

Pour the coconut milk into a pot with 1/4 cup of water. Heat until it simmers.

Chia seeds

Step 2

Turn off the heat and sprinkle in the chia seeds, stirring with a whisk until the mixture thickens.

Step 3

Serve in bowls/glasses and let cool for 5 minutes.

Banana

Step 4

Cut the bananas into strips.

Coconut (chips)

Step 5

Add bananas to the pudding with a drizzle of maple syrup. (Optional: add a few coconut flakes or grated coconut on top.) Enjoy!
