Pecans
Pistachios (roasted)
Cinnamon (ground)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160°C. In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients.

Olive oil
Maple syrup

Step 2

Add a good pinch of coarse salt, oil, maple syrup and mix with a spatula.

Step 3

Put a sheet of greaseproof paper on your baking sheet. Pour the mixture onto it, spread it out and then lightly press it down with a spatula.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the tray, stir, re-set, then bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Tip: Once the granola is golden brown, turn off the oven and let the granola cool for 10 minutes inside the oven. This will let the granola form crispy nuggets.

Step 7

Serve with yogurt, milk, compote or on its own.
