Parmesan (grated)
Chorizo (slices)
Butter

Step 1

If needed, defrost your cod. Preheat the oven to 200°C Mix the grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, chorizo and butter. Mix until it becomes a paste.

Cod (fresh)

Step 2

Put the cod, skin-side down, on a plate and spread a layer of the chorizo mixture on top. Put in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 3

Serve with a fresh salad !
