Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking dish.

Artichoke hearts

Step 2

Cut the artichokes heart in half or quarters depending on their size.

Mozzarella (fresh)
Artichoke hearts
Chorizo (slices)
Tomato purée

Step 3

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Add the shredded mozzarella, artichokes and chorizo. Season with salt & pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.

Basil (fresh)

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven and add some fresh basil (optional). Serve with a salad and enjoy!
