Chicken breast

Step 1

Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cherry tomatoes
Avocado

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into large chunks. Cut the avocado in cubes and add both to a bowl.

Lime

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Basil (fresh)
Arugula

Step 4

Pour half of the sauce on the tomato-avocado mixture (optional: add chopped basil) and the other half on the salad.

Chicken breast

Step 5

After removing the chicken from the pan, add salt and pepper. Serve with salad and the tomato-avocado mixture. Enjoy!
