Oven, Stovetop, Sheet Tray, Pot (small), Whisk
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a cake mold with removable sides (we used a 23 cm diameter dish here).
Step 2
Melt the butter and chocolate in a pot, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and incorporate the sugar.* Add the eggs one by one, beating after each one to make sure that they don't cook. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 4
Add the flour, a pinch of salt and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and bake for 17 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, allowing it to cool before removing the mould. Serve and enjoy!
If you wish to reduce sugar quantities, you can remove up to ⅓ of the sugar in this recipe without altering flavor.
