Just like your favorite candy bar, try this make-at-home treat for kids of all ages! :-)

Step 1
Coarsely crush the chocolate.
Step 2
In a saucepan, over low heat, bring the heavy cream to a low boil, stirring continuously.
Step 3
Add the chocolate to a mixing bowl and pour the cream on top. Mix until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Step 4
Prepare the caramel peanuts. In a bowl, mix half of the peanuts with the caramel sauce.
Step 5
Line your mold with baking paper
Step 6
Spread half of the chocolate ganache into the bottom of the mold using the back of a spoon. Then place the biscuits on top and set aside in the freezer for 10 minutes, until it has solidified.
Step 7
Using an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, place the vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie layer, taking care to spread it well using the back of a spoon. .
Step 8
Then distribute the caramelized peanuts on top, then let everything rest for at least 2 hours in the freezer.
Step 9
Take the ice cream bar out of the freezer. Spread the other half of the chocolate ganache on top, then scatter the remaining peanuts. Leave in the freezer for 10 minutes to solidify, or until ready to serve.
Step 10
Unmold the ice cream bar onto a plate, then cut it into slices and enjoy immediately. It's ready !
