Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, and oat flakes.

Butter
Sugar (granulated)

In a second bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar* using a whisk. *See our tips for this step.

Egg
Vanilla extract

Step 3

Then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix again.

Step 4

Pour the oat mixture into the butter mixture. Mix well.

Mini chocolate candy

Step 5

Add the chocolate candies to the mixture and mix again.

Step 6

In a baking dish lined with baking paper (ours is 20 x 20 cm), spread the dough evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C.

Step 7

Once baked, remove the soft oat and chocolate squares from the oven. Let them cool before cutting and enjoying. They're ready!

Recipe tip
