Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 1

Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Dans le bol du Digicook, ajoutez le chocolat. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 5 / 15 secondes. Videz le bol et réservez le chocolat.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, powdered almonds, yeast (or bicarbonate) and a pinch of salt. Mix.

Raw cane sugar
Almond flour
Baking powder

Step 3

In another bowl, mash the bananas (the riper they are, the better so don't be afraid to use black bananas), add the eggs and melted butter, mix and add it little by little to the first mixture.

Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 4

Grease your cake tin and pour in the batter. Add the chocolat chopped into dices, mix. Optional: you can personalize your banana bread by almonds/hazelnuts or chopped banana on top to decorate.

Step 5

Bake for 50 minutes. Use a sharp knife to check that it's cooked through. Serve cold or at room temperature, and it's even better the day after!
