Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, powdered almonds, yeast (or bicarbonate) and a pinch of salt. Mix.

Step 2

In another bowl, mash the bananas (the riper they are, the better so don't be afraid to use black bananas!).

Step 3

Add the eggs and melted butter, mix and add it little by little to the first mixture.

Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 4

Add the chocolat chopped into dices, mix.

Step 5

Grease your cake tin and pour in the batter.

Step 6

Bake for 50 minutes.

Step 7

Use a sharp knife to check that it's cooked through. Serve cold or at room temperature, and it's even better the day after!
