The USA gave the green light to eat this at tea time or at breakfast!
Oven, Cake pan
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, powdered almonds, yeast (or bicarbonate) and a pinch of salt. Mix.
Step 2
In another bowl, mash the bananas (the riper they are, the better so don't be afraid to use black bananas!).
Step 3
Add the eggs and melted butter, mix and add it little by little to the first mixture.
Step 4
Add the chocolat chopped into dices, mix.
Step 5
Grease your cake tin and pour in the batter.
Step 6
Bake for 50 minutes.
Step 7
Use a sharp knife to check that it's cooked through. Serve cold or at room temperature, and it's even better the day after!
You can personalize your Banana Bread by adding chopped almonds/hazelnuts in the mixture.
