Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the chocolate into the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec / speed 9, scraping the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
Step 2
Add the butter and heat for 3 minutes / 50°C / speed 2. Once the chocolate and butter have melted, add the chestnut cream and the eggs. Mix for 15 sec / speed 3.
Step 3
Ajoutez la crème de marrons et les œufs dans le bol. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 4 / 30 secondes.
Step 4
Butter your mould, and add a pinch of flour to the bottom. Spread it out across the bottom of the mould by gently tapping it. Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the cake from the oven, allowing it to cool for at least 15 minutes before eating. It is even better the next day! Enjoy!
