Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Placez le chocolat dans le bol du mixeur, et pulvérisez 15 sec / vitesse 9, raclez les parois du bol avec la spatule.

Add the butter and heat for 3 minutes / 50°C / speed 2.
Step 3
When the chocolate and butter have melted, mix well, then add the chestnut cream and the eggs. Mix for 15 sec / speed 3.
Step 4
Butter your mould, and add a pinch of flour to the bottom. Spread it out across the bottom of the mould by gently tapping it. Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the cake from the oven, allowing it to cool for at least 15 minutes before eating. It is even better the next day! Enjoy!
