Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a saucepan over low heat, so that the chocolate doesn't burn. Mix well.
Step 2
When the chocolate and butter have melted, mix well, then add the chestnut cream and the eggs. Mix briskly, until you have a smooth consistency.
Step 3
Butter your mould, and add a pinch of flour to the bottom. Spread it out across the bottom of the mould by gently tapping it. Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cake from the oven, allowing it to cool for at least 15 minutes before eating. It is even better the next day! Enjoy!
