Step 1

Cook the quinoa in a pot of boiling water, according to packet instructions.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 2

In another pot of boiling water, cook the green beans for 6 minutes. Strain and add to a bowl of cold water to stop them cooking further.

Chickpeas (canned)
Feta cheese (block)
Chives (fresh)

Step 3

Strain and rinse the chickpeas. Serve the quinoa with the green beans and chickpeas.* Add crumbled feta on top. (Optional: add some chive). *Check out our tips for this step

Season with olive oil, salt and pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
