Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Step 6
On a plate, serve the rice, fresh cucumber and chicken.
Step 7
Serve the rice and chicken with the sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Optional: Top with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
