Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander
Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked though, drain the rice & keep warm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt a dab of butter in a pan, over low heat. Add the grated garlic & sauté for 30 seconds, stirring.
Step 3
Add the chicken. Season with salt, pepper & smoked paprika. Cook for 4-5 min on each side, over medium heat, until cooked through & lightly golden.
Step 4
In the meantime, heat the creamed spinach according to package instructions.
Step 5
Serve the grilled chicken with the fluffy white rice & creamed spinach. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding some sliced mushrooms sautéed in a little olive oil with shallots & 'herbes de Provence' !
