Chicken breast

Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken to it. Add salt and pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, over medium heat, until the chicken is nicely browned.

Carrot puree

Step 2

At the same time, in a saucepan, heat the carrot puree according to the time indicated on the packet.

Chives (fresh)

Step 3

Wash then chop the chives, if you have them.

Spring mix lettuce
Tzatziki

Step 4

On a plate, add: carrot puree, chicken, tzatziki and salad. Salt, pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil and chopped chives (optional). It's ready !
