Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.
Step 2
At the same time, take the peas out of the freezer and add them to a bowl. Boil water in a saucepan or kettle and pour it over the peas. Set aside for 4 to 5 minutes before draining.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing by mixing the tzatziki with a tablespoon of water per person.
Step 4
Cut the chicken into slices.
Step 5
In a plate, add the lettuce, chicken, peas and croutons. Add the tzatziki sauce and parmesan shavings. Re-season to taste, it’s ready!
