Baby bella mushrooms (whole)

Step 1

Wash and finely chop the mushrooms.

Chicken breast

Cut the chicken into thin strips.

Mince the garlic.

In a large pot, add some olive oil, the chopped garlic, shredded ginger and chicken strips. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add 0.5L water per person in a casserole, and bring to the boil.

Add the chicken stock and miso paste, pepper to taste (don't add salt!). Add the noodles and mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
