Step 1
Dredge the chicken breast fillets in flour, then set aside.
Step 2
In a hot pan, add 1/4 of the butter and brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
Step 4
When chicken is done, remove from pan and set aside on a covered dish.
Step 5
Add the drained capers to the pan and sauté for 1 minute over medium heat.
Step 6
Add the white wine, juice of the lemon and the remaining butter. Stir over low heat until the butter melts and forms a sauce.
Step 7
When the sauce has thickened, return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Serve the chicken and sauce with the pasta, adding a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Grate some lemon zest on top and it's ready!
