Step 1

Épluchez les carottes, l'ail et l’oignon et placez-les dans le bol de votre Digicook. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 5 / 40 secondes. Raclez les parois à l'aide de la spatule.

Coupez le poulet en lamelles. Ajoutez-le dans le bol Digicook avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 4 minutes.

Step 3

Ajoutez 1,5 tasse d'eau par personne (300 ml), le bouillon de volaille, les pâtes, les tomates, salez, poivrez. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 14 minutes.
