Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Citrus juicer, Frying pan

Soy sauce
Peanut butter
Lime

Step 1

Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine : the soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice & half a teaspoon of sugar per person.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Slice the chicken into strips.

Garlic

Step 3

In a hot pan, add the chicken strips & grated garlic. Sauté for 3-4 min, over high heat.

Rice noodles

Step 4

Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.

Bean sprouts

Step 5

Add the barely drained noodles into the pan with the chicken. Add the bean sprouts & pour the peanut sauce on top. Stir & cook for another 2-3 min, over medium heat.

Peanuts
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 6

Serve the chicken Pad Thai in a bowl topped with crushed peanuts, fresh cilantro & a lime wedge. Enjoy !
