Duck gizzards (canned)

Step 1

In a pan over high heat, cook the chicken gizzards for 6 minutes

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into fine slices.

Red onion

Step 3

Peel and cut the onions in half, then thinly slice the halves.

Step 4

Once cooked, place the chicken gizzards on a plate and cover with a paper towel or kitchen towel.

Lambs Lettuce
Pine nuts
Balsamic glaze

Step 5

In a salad bowl, add the baby greens, the gizzards, mushrooms, red onions and the pine nuts. Salt, pepper it and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of creamy balsamic dressing per person .

The salad is ready to serve!
