Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water). Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the creamed spinach according to the instructions on the package. (About 7-8 minutes in a pan or in the microwave).
Step 3
In the meantime, melt a dab of butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the chicken and brown for 2 minutes on one side. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Flip the chicken and cook for about 8 minutes (or until cooked through) on the other side on medium heat. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 6
Serve the chicken with the rice and spinach. Dinner is served!
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding some sliced mushrooms sautéed in a little olive oil with shallots, garlic & herbes de Provence !
