Step 1
Take the tacos out of their packaging. You must have the wraps and the two sachets of spices available.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into strips. In a salad bowl, place the pieces and mix them with the large spice mix (1/4 of the sachet per person) until they are completely covered.
Step 3
In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil then cook the chicken with the spices for about 5 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by adding the cream, the cheddar cheese and the small mixture of spices (1/4 of the sachet per person) to a saucepan. Mix well until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Drain the corn. Cut the avocado into slices.
Step 6
Heat the tortillas then garnish them: spread a layer of cheese sauce, add the chicken, corn and avocado.
Step 7
Close the wrap and brown it for two minutes on each side in a hot pan. Cut it in half if you wish. It's ready !
