Parmesan (grated)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour, parmesan and butter in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix until the texture is sandy.

Cherry tomatoes
Thyme (dried)

Step 2

Wash the cherry tomatoes and add them to a greased ovenproof dish. Add the thyme, salt & pepper and mix.

Goat cheese

Step 3

Top with half the goat cheese (crumbled) and then the parmesan/flour mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and add the rest of the goat cheese on top of the crumble. Serve and enjoy!
